Refund Policy
At Desert Plains Marketing, we are committed to providing high-quality website design, social media management, SEO, and digital marketing services. Due to the time, planning, and resources involved in each project, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Payments & Deposits
Project deposits and payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable. If a project is canceled before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Ongoing Services
Clients may cancel recurring services such as social media management, SEO, hosting, or maintenance with written notice. Services will remain active through the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
